You provide the board and agree on its reference value with Fairflex Loop.
The board is inspected, documented and placed into the system.
Users then access the board through the Fairflex Loop model, paying a daily usage fee.
Each user provides a deposit equal to the reference value of the board before taking possession of it.
As the board is used, Fairflex Loop records its users, usage periods, payments and the positions associated with each period of use.
Your board is inspected and its condition is documented when it enters the Fairflex Loop system. A condition record is created with photos and a classification of any existing damage or wear.
The board is checked against this record each time it is handed over to a new user and when it is returned.
If new damage is identified, our local partner coordinates the inspection and any necessary repairs. The situation, the damage identified and the associated costs are documented and clearly communicated to the you and the user.
The cost of necessary repairs is deducted from the user’s deposit. If the damage also results in a loss of value to the board beyond the cost of repair, this loss in value is also taken into account.
The aim is simple: to ensure that your board is properly cared for and that its value is protected throughout its time in the Fairflex Loop system.
Instead of depending on a single buyer at one particular moment, your board can continue generating value through successive users.
At any point, a user may decide to purchase the board according to the applicable Fairflex Loop rules.
You remain the owner of the physical board unless and until a user chooses to purchase it.
Fairflex Loop manages the tracking and payment flows, while the local partner provides the physical presence needed for storage, handovers, returns and care.
